Policy on Refunds and Returns:

We want you to be entirely delighted with your online purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund or swap your item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packing, with all accessories intact, to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The client is responsible for return and exchange shipping charges.

Please keep in mind that personalized or customized products are non-refundable and cannot be replaced unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
